Milestone escrow — not cash to builders
You pay DHP by milestone. Finance confirms each transfer, work unlocks when funded, and escrow releases to verified trade partners only after evidenced progress.
1. Accept your estimate
Payment milestones are created automatically — Deposit first, then construction phases.
2. Pay DHP directly
Bank transfer or mobile money to DHP using the instructions in your dashboard. Builders are not paid cash on site by you.
3. Finance confirms each payment
Upload proof; our finance team confirms within 1–2 business days and allocates funds to milestones.
4. Work unlocks when funded
Site work tied to a milestone can proceed once that bucket reaches its funding threshold.
5. Escrow releases to trade partners
DHP releases funds to verified artisans only after evidenced work and internal approval — never on request alone.
